The project contributes to environmental sustainability by reducing waste through the adoption of reusable pads, which replaces disposable products and minimizes solid waste in landfills.  Moreover, the use of reusable products results in lower resource consumption compared to disposable pads, which require significant amounts of trees, water, and energy for production. The social impact of the initiative is significant, particularly for low-income communities. The affordability of reusable pads and soap manufacturing creates accessible solutions, alleviating menstrual poverty and fostering income generation opportunities. By empowering women with greater control over their menstrual health, education, and work opportunities, the initiative strives to bring about positive change in communities.
