The local community in Bitola, found a way to create a digital space to share and discuss community related challenges. The gourp's name is Bitolski Problemi ( Problems of Bitola). The community currenlty has 16.5 K members and it is a very active group. The Head of Municipal Council of Bitola indicated that this is one of the very successful digital communities that the municipality ureses as a listening tool. Through the discussion that are taking part here, the council has the pulse of the city.
