Description
The designated website of National E-Services Portal (hereinafter: Portal) is an electronic platform, available at https://uslugi.gov.mk, which allows citizens of North Macedonia to receive information about public services and to utilize e-services from competent authorities and other entities that provide e-services via the Portal.
The Portal is established and managed by the Ministry of Information Society and Administration (hereinafter: MISA), which is responsible for the Portal’s availability and technical operation, as well as systems. The portal offers different services for the citizens of North Macedonia categorized by different categories: life events, alphabetic order, competent authority and search tool. The website is working as an umbrella for the services and directs the users to the competent authority's website.
