The study zone is a free, volunteer-based, non-profit group Study zone in Salamieh, Hama-Syria, is a free, volunteer-based place created by the community to address power outage, that sometimes runs for more than 20 hours a day affecting the life and performance of the school and university students. The place is open from 9 am to10 p.m. and is lit using tubular batteries that recharge during power hours. Students can register and reserve a place for an affordable fee using their students' cards.
