The Central Database for Foreign Aid at the Government of the Republic of Northern Macedonia enables registration of all projects / donations in Northern Macedonia financed with non-refundable funds from foreign donors (grants / donations) for which there is an appropriate Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Northern Macedonia and the foreign donor. Agreement is for the purpose to enable easier registration of the assistance in order to ease the procedure for exemption from customs, excise and other import duties and / or exemption from value added tax (VAT) on trade in goods and services, in the procurement of goods and services, as well as import of goods and equipment is envisaged. for the needs of the project / donation. The procedure is initiated by the entity in charge of project implementation. To start this procedure, the implementer must first request the project / donation to be registered in the Secretariat for European Affairs, ie in the Central Database for Foreign Aid - CDAD at the Government of the Republic of Northern Macedonia.
