This initiative sets the adequate and flexible education and training (formal post-secondary and non-formal ) to address the needs for higher quality jobs in two sectors, textile and construction. The initiative supports the labor force to gain new knowledge and skills in the respective fields in order to have a be more competitive in the labor market, as well as increase the employability in the limited market. The initiative is supported by UNDP and plans to grow in other sectors as well.
