To meet the strong market demand for eggs, some entrepreneurs are investing in poultry production. Thus, it represents a proven growth activity. However, faced with the lack of sufficient electrification of suitable production areas, our students from IST de Mamou have succeeded in developing an alternative solution that allows several eggs to be hatched at the same time with the possibility of being supplied with electricity from a double source by solar panel and mains.
