OBJECTIVES 1- Giving young people an opportunity to implement their innovative entrepreneurial ideas, improving living standards and creating the revolution, is not only an entrepreneur, but rather it helps in employing some young people, that is, it reduces unemployment in society and their great lack of interest in government work. 2- provide a suitable training environment for young people in analyzing the problems of society and working to find appropriate solutions that help develop the mindset of thinking and innovation in design for Iraqi youth, from which to create an educated, developed and purposeful society. 3- The group training workshops help in identifying different cultures and personalities in the labor market and establishing job relations in addition to exchanging ideas. 4-Working with a different people and use brainstorming will make you get different solutions for one problem.
