Learnings on your challenge
What are the top 5 key insights you generated about your frontier challenge during this Action Learning Plan?
1. There is a need to transform hard data produced by UNDP into dynamic cultural experiences that bring UNDP closer to citizens. 2. Cultural formats act as an excuse for members of the ecosystem to exchange ideas in a horizontal manner, without formalities and protocol. 3. A playful, intimate, motivational atmosphere facilitates the adoption of new technologies and innovation tools. 4. UNDP teams need to strengthen their understanding of how to create social movements and identify the people that are spearheading new ideas and those early majorities; just sharing information isn't enough and there are several steps between having an idea and becoming a changemaker. *The team will continue learning cycle through March 2022.

Data and Methods
Relating to your types of data, why did you chose these? What gaps in available data were these addressing?
There is little reliable updated data on cultural formats as a way to accelerate the SDGs and UNDP Peru doesn’t consistently use cultural experiences to showcase its work and mobilize its audiences, so we don’t have enough existing data points to rely on so far. *The team will continue learning cycle through March 2022.
Why was it necessary to apply the above innovation method on your frontier challenge? How did these help you to unpack the system?
