1. A comprehensive understanding of the intricate dynamics within the Syrian entrepreneurial ecosystem. This includes identifying the key stakeholders, their roles, and the interdependencies that shape the environment.
2. Clear identification and deeper insight into the challenges faced by entrepreneurs in Syria, including regulatory hurdles, access to funding, market constraints, and infrastructure limitations. Simultaneously, recognizing the opportunities for growth and innovation within these challenges is vital.
3. Insights into various financing options, sustainable business models, and innovative funding mechanisms help participants understand how to secure funding and ensure the long-term sustainability of entrepreneurial ventures.
4. Delving into the nuances of existing regulations and legislation affecting entrepreneurship in Syria is essential. This includes exploring legal frameworks, licensing procedures, tax policies, and compliance requirements that impact startups and businesses. Understanding how these regulations either support or hinder entrepreneurial activities is critical.

Participants received an output document immediately upon the conclusion of the workshop.

Sanad Team for Development has been highly engaged in Syria's entrepreneurship scene for the past seven years, participating in numerous programs and projects. As an effective access point to engage subject matter experts in this exercise, they bring invaluable experience. The Accelerator Lab, on the other hand, contributed to the workshop by providing methodologies, facilitation, and the workshop's content.
