Tolerant Crops is a solution that applies seed coating to help improve plant tolerance to brackish water. The solution demonstrates promising results at lab level in terms of plant growth and increased yields in brackish water. If successful in the current pilots supported by the UNDP/PAPP Accelerator Lab in the Jordan Valley, Tolerant Crops would prove invaluable in light of the growing water salinity problem facing agricultural communities.
