Grants for Innovative Community Response to COVID-19: UNDP through Accelerator Labs has issued seven
(7) grants ranging from M100,000 – M500,000 to national partners in the private sector and civil societies for the
implementation of strategic community solutions that promote economic resilience, safeguard lives and livelihood, enable enjoyment of individual and collective rights , inspire communication and advocacy as well as the maintenance of social cohesion. On the 3rd September 2020, the final recipients of the grants were the following organizations: Edmonds Pt Ltd, Lesotho Red Cross, Partners in Health Lesotho, Mineworkers Development Agency, Ether Pharmacy, World Vision International and Development for Peace Education. The receipts of the grants are currently submitting their inception reports.
